1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup dates or raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp soda
1 cup sour milk or cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and shortening to resemble crumbs. Take out one cup for top of cake. Mix remaining crumbs with rest of ingredients. Spread crumbs on top of batter and bake 30 min at 350º
