Brownie:
4 sqs unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour

Topping:
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 TBSP flour
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º

Microwave chocolate and 3/4 cup butter in large microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir granulated sugar into chocolate until well blended. Add 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla; stir until completely mixed. Stir in 1 cup flour until well blended. Spread in greased 13x9 pan.

In same bowl, microwave 1/4 cup butter and brown sugar on High 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir in 2 egg, w TBSP flour and 1 tsp vanilla, until well blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread mixture evenly over brownie batter.

Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do Not Overbake. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
