2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 cup pineapple (drained)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 Angel Food cake
1 lemon
1 package Angle flake coconut
3 packages dream whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in a tablespoon cold water, add one cup boiling water and let cool. Add juice of lemon, pineapple and juice, sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
When partially jelled, add 2 packages dream whip (prepared as directed on box). Fold dream whip into gelatin and mix.
Line a quart bowl with wax paper. Remove all brown from cake by rubbing with hand. (it removes easily) Break cake into small pieces about 1 1/2 inches in size. Mix broken cake and gelatin. Mix thoroughly and put into lined bowl. Store in refrigerator overnight. Turn out on large plate; ice with third box of dream whip and cover with coconut.
