3 ears fresh corn
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 Tblsp water

Husk the corn & rinse the silk away. Slice the kernels off of the cob. Place in small pot with lid. Add the sugar, butter, & water. Cover & cook over medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes.
