1 small onion diced fine
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan
1# ground burger
black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Stir in first 6 ingredients. Stir in cheese and ground burger. Blend well.
Using a teaspoon, shape meat into 1# meatballs. Place on cookie sheet.
Add raw meatballs to soup and cook.
