cold water
giblets and neck meat (optional)
Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the cooked turkey to its platter.
Pour off fat from the remaining juices.
Place the pan on the stove burner on low, scraping the browned bits from the bottom and sides.
Dissolve a tablespoon or two of flour in about a cup of cold water.
Add this to the simmering juices and stir frequently until desired consistency (add more water if too thick, more flour and cold water if too thin).
Add in chopped giblets and neck meat.
Add a splash of kitchen bouquet to desired color.
