1 lb. sharp cheese (grated)
3 sticks margarine (softened)
4 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and add cheese. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to margarine/cheese mixture. Run through cookie press or shape dough by hand. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes. Do not brown too much.
