3 to 6 lbs beef roast
2 or 3 c beef stock
1/2 c chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roast meat uncovered at 350 until internal temperature is about 150, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add stock to pan drippings, and stir in seasoning and peppers. Simmer about 15 minutes do not let it boil. Add sliced beef and heat through. serve or freeze
