7-8 Egg Whites
2 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Oil
3/4 cups Water
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar and baking powder three times.
Make a well in flour and place all the ingredients (except eggs & cream of tartar) in well and mix well.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Fold batter into egg white.
Bake at 325º for one hour.
Bake at 350º for additional 10 minutes.
