Ingredients:  
6-8 potatoes (baked, cooled, peeled)
1/4 C. butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/3 C. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 C. grated cheese
approx 1/4 c milk
salt to taste

Directions:

Mix and top with 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 C. cornflakes.

Bake @ 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cook time will be longer if it has been refrigerated first.
