1 4 to 6 lbs brisket trimmed
1 c catsup 1 c ginger ale
1 pkg onion soup mixture
1/4 c red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place in 3 or 4 layers of heavy tin foil flat side up. Mix ingredients together pour over brisket, seal and bake 4 hours at º325. Slice across the gain about 1/4 inch thick.
