1/3 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 1/4 c milk
3 oz cream cheese
10 oz pkg peas and carrots
2 c cooked chopped chicken

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan cook onions in butter till soft, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add milk cook and stir mixture is thick and bubbling. Cook and stir 1 more minute, Add cream cheese stir until melted, add vegetables and chicken. Serve on toast or rice.
