1 lb bacon, cooked
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c diced green pepper
3 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 c milk
1 16 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease 7 X 11 dish. Crumble bacon. Beat together eggs and milk. Mix in cheese, bacon, onion, and green pepper. Stir in hash browns. Pour in casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more until eggs are set.
