3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, cold
21 ounces (can) blueberry pie filling (can substitute cherry pie filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, and margarine with pastry cutter until crumbly.

Add half of the crumb mixture to a 9" x 13" pan. Cover with pie filling. Top with remainder of crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove from oven. When cool, cut into 12 to 14 large squares. Serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
