Yellow cake mix or your own recipe
1 1/4 oz vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup dark rum
1 cup pecan halves

Glaze
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Butter angel cake pan, sprinkle with pecans, and add batter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Cool and place on serving plate.
To make glaze, melt butter, add water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add rum, and stir. Make toothpick holes in cake and pour glaze very slowly over the top.
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or green grapes that have been lightly powered with icing sugar.
