1 1/2 # hamburger
2 cans (15 oz) whole corn, undrained
1 can (15 oz) red beans, undrained
1 med onion - chopped
1 or 2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1-2 pkg taco seasoning

Tortilla Chips
Shredded cheese
1-1 1/2 c water as needed

Fry hamburger and onion together, drain and add taco seasoning (follow package directions). Add corn, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and ranch dressing. Let simmer, may need to add the additional water as desired, depending on how thick you like it.

Serve over crushed tortilla chips, top with cheese and sour cream if desired.
