Duncan Hines Yellow Cake
2- 8" or 9" pans

Filling: Banana

Peanut Butter Frosting:
2 Tbsp. White Shortening (Crisco)
1 ½ Cups Creamy Peanut Butter (room temp)
2 Cups Confectioners' Sugar
2-4 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk
1-2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1.Prepare and bake 2 Round yellow cake mixes. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix together peanut butter and Crisco then gradually add in Conf. Sugar by ½ cup portions followed by 1 tbsp. evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix all ingredients together well with hand mixer into a fluff! *You can add more conf. sugar or milk as needed until desired consistency.
3. Frost 1 cake with peanut butter icing, then layer fresh banana slices on icing. Place other cake on top of banana slices and finish frosting the cake.
