•1 pkg. (14 oz) Pepperidge Farm Sage Seasoned Stuffing (or any flavor)
•4 Tbsp. Butter
•1 Large Onion (about 1 Cup)
•2 Stalks Celery (about 1 Cup)
•2 Cups Veggie Broth (I prefer OSEM Veggie Broth)

Directions:
Directions:
•Heat butter in a 4 qt. saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery and cook until tender.
•Add broth and heat to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat. Add stuffing and mix lightly. (You may need to add in a little extra broth if too dry).
•Heat oven to 350º. Spoon stuffing mixture into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot.

Mom's Tips- To make ahead- Cover unbaked stuffing mixture in casserole dish and refrigerate up to 1 day. Bake 40 minutes or until hot when ready to serve.
For crisper stuffing, bake uncovered.
