claras de huevo 5 egg whites
yemas de huevo 5 egg yolks
azucar 5 tbsp of sugar
harina 5 tbsp of fluor
azucar glas 3 tsp of powdered sugar
Cajeta (La Zagala)
Directions:
Directions:
Batir las claras de huevo a hasta que empiece a espesar
Agregar el azúcar y batir un poco
Agregar las yemas de huevo y batir hasta que espese junto con la mezcla
Agregar la harina y batir un poco mas

Despues de hacer lo anterior te quedara una mezcla que deberas expanidir en una charola cuadrada para hornear previamente cubierta con papel de cera.

Meter al horno a 350º F por 15 minutos

Sin sacarlo de la charola, embetunar la parte de arriba del pan con cajeta.

Hacerlo rollo tomando una orilla del papel encerado para levantar un extremo.

cubrir la parte superior del rollo con mas cajeta y adornarlo con azucar glas.
