2 lbs, ground beef
1 c tomato sauce
4 Tbsp flour
6 eggs
16 slices american cheese
1 recipe for biscuits
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add the tomato sauce to beef stir over medium heat for few minutes. Remove from heat add cheese slices stir to melt. Stir in flour and beaten eggs until well blended. Prepare biscuit recipe. Roll out 1/2 the dough to fit into pie pan, pour 1/2 beef mixture into it. Repeat with remaining dough and beef mixture in 2nd pie pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at º375 put more cheese on top put back in oven until cheese melts.
