5 Bell Peppers (Green, Red or Yellow)
1 1/2 cup cooked Brown rice
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs Italian Turkey Sausage
1med onion chopped
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp savory
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 cup mozerella cheese (separate into 1/4 portions)

Preheat oven to 375

Lightly grease bottom of large pyrex baking dish

Wash throughly and cut each bell pepper in half, only removing the insides care not to remove the stem. Place peppers in baking dish

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium heat
Add turkey sausage cook until no longer pink.
Ground up sausage, Add onioins, Cook until onions a soft, stirring ocassionally.
Add oregano, basil and savory, Stir throughly between the addition of eash spice
Add rice stir throughly
Add tomato sause stir occassionly. Reduce heat to low

Slowly add parmesan cheese stirrig mixture as you add cheese. Now slowly add mozerella cheese and continue to stir. Remove from heat.

Spoon mixture in the bell pepper shells. Cover with foil and Bake 30 min. Remove foil top with remaining cheese and bake and additional 15 mins.

Sever with Salad and Garlic Bread.
