2 c sugar
2 c pickle beet juice
2 c vinegar
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 - 2 dozen eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Hard-boil and remove shells of eggs. While eggs are boiling, make vinegar mixture. Mix vinegar, beet juice, sugar, and spices together and over medium heat bring to a boil. Place eggs in gallon jar with beets on bottom. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs to cover. Sample the eggs in about a week to see if pickled enough to your taste.
