1 can of sweet corn
1 packet instant mashed potatoes
1/2 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a little bit of olive oil and then mix in the taco seasoning. Spread the beef in the bottom of a pie dish.

Cook the mashed potatoes according to package directions. Heat the corn up in the microwave for about two minutes. Spread the corn over the meat, then spread the potatoes over the corn. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes.

Place dish back in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
