1-1/2 cups boiling water
6 oz. pkg. lime jello
8 oz. crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 cup whipped cream (whip 1/2 cup heavy cream with 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over jello and stir to dissolve. Add the pineapple and refrigerate for about an hour. Blend the cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir in the whipped cream. Mix with the chilled lime jello mixture. Add nuts. Pour into a jello mold or serving bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
