4 C. Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
4 Cans Beef Consomme
4 Small Cans of Mushrooms with Juice
4 Sticks of Butter
4 Pkgs. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 C. of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 5 qt. sized casserole and cover with lid.

Bake until liquid has disappeared but rice is still moist.
