1 small onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can of tuna
6 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until translucent and set aside.
In saucepan melt butter over medium heat, add flour and make a paste. Slowly add milk, stir until white sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper, cooked onion and celery. Drain tuna well and add. Cut shelled, hard boiled eggs into chucks and add to tuna mixture, heat well. Serve with baking powder biscuits (Recipe under breads).
