3 Chicken breasts
1 onion diced
2 stalks celery diced
2 garlic cloves minced
48 oz low sodium chicken broth
2/3 c buffalo wing sauce
1/2 c heavy cream
2 T cornstarch
1/2 c grated cheese
green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, celery, onion, garlic, broth and wing sauce in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred it. Add back to crockpot

Mix cornstarch and heavy cream together and add to crockpot, turn it up to high and cook for 20-30 more minutes to thicken soup.

Add green onions ad cheese to top the soup off when serving
