1 (3-4lb) pork loin or boston butt roast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c vinegar
1/4-1/2 c ketchup
6-8 tbsp. meat broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Texas pete hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat on all sides. Put meat, sugar, salt and vinegar in crock pot and cook 10-12 hours or until done.

Remove meat from crock pot. Remove bones and chop into small pieces. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and toss with meat.
