1 bag cole slaw
1 bag broccoli slaw
2-3 scallions, cut up
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup (cider or red wine vinegar work well)
2 packages Ramen noodles
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (if in a hurry, no need to toast)
1 cup sunflower seeds

Shake oil, vinegar, and flavor packets from noodles- (I do not use flavor packets as called for in the original recipe. If you use them, one is sufficient. Original recipe called for beef packets, but I have used chicken as well.). Pour dressing over slaws and scallions. Can be done the night before).

The day you are serving add almonds, seeds, and two bags of dry noodles. (Crush in packages before opening).
