24 Oreo Cookies
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 - 9 oz. Cool Whip
1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 - 4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Dissolve package of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Crush 24 Oreos. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine to the Oreos and mix. Save 1/3 cup of the crumb mixture for the topping, and press the rest into a 9x13 pan.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and Jello. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of this mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes. The remaining mixture should stay at room temperature.

Mix package of instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk and let sit 2 minutes. Spread pudding over the chilled Jello mixture. Spread remaining jello mixture over the top of the pudding. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of Oreo mixture on top. Chill.
