Ingredients:  
6 large firm tomatoes, skinned and quartered
1 large sliced green pepper
1 onion, sliced into rings
**1 peeled and sliced cucumber (add just before serving)
DRESSING:
3/4 c vinegar
1-1/2 tsp celery salt
1-1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp salt
4-1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dressing mix for one minute. While hot, pour over vegetables; cool. Just before service; add 1 peeled and sliced cucumber.
