Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey
2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
olive oil cooking spray
2 tbsp cornmeal (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour yeast into a large bowl. Combine warm water and honey. Pour over yeast and let sit for 5-10 minutes, until mixture is foamy. Add olive oil and salt to yeast mixture. Combine the flours. Add one cup of flour mixture to yeast and stir with wooden spoon. Add another cup of floor and continue to stir until dough forms a soft sticky mass and comes away from the sides of the bowl.

Flour the work surface and hands with some of the remaining flour. Turn dough out of bowl onto floured surface and knead in more flour until dough is smooth and elastic. Shape dough into ball and place in a sprayed large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 45-60 minutes or doubled in size.

Spray two 12 inch pizza pans with olive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with cornmeal, if using. Punch down dough and return to work surface. Divide dough into 2 balls. With a rolling pin, roll out each ball to a 12 inch circle. Place dough on pizza pan, add favorite toppings. Bake at 450F oven for 13 minutes.
