Zucchini Crescent Pie Recipe

8 oz. crescent roll okg.
4 tbsp. Butter-melted
4 C Zucchini -sliced (unpeeled)
1 C Onion- minced
1/2 C Fresh Parsley-chopped or 2 tbsp dry
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Oregano
2 Eggs-wisped
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 C Mozzerella Cheese-Grated

Saute Zucchini & onions in butter until tender.
Stir in Parsley and seasoning.
Blend eggs and cheese. Stir into the vegetables.
Separate dough into ungreased 12x18 pan
Cover bottom and sides of pan.
Spread dough with mustard. Add vegetables.
BAKE- 375-------30 min
