5 c. Mexican Cheese (set aside 1 ½ c.)
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
2 Tblsp finely chopped onion
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp salt
10 - 8 in. flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3 ½ c. cheese, chicken, sour cream, soup, chilies, onion and salt and pepper.
Spoon ½ cup of mixture onto tortilla, a little off center of tortilla, and roll up. Place seam side down in greased 9x13 pan.
Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve.
