1 bag White Beans
1 Large Yellow Onion, diced
1-2 c. Ketchup
Dash of Yellow Mustard
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 lb. Bacon, uncooked
1-2 T. White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dice onion and put in with beans. Add water and cook beans according to directions. When done, don't discard any of the water the beans cooked in . You can drain them but drain them in a bowl, because you will be using some of that to make your sauce. Add the ketchup, mustard brown sugar. Mix well. Add vinegar to taste, making sure they aren't to sour, want them to have a tang but not to tangy. Salt & Pepper.

Put into a 13x9 baking dish. Add bacon strips on top. Bake until bubbly and bacon is cooked. Approximately 1 hour.

Serve warm or cold.
