6 eggs or egg substitutes
2 1/2c. sugar
1 qt. whipping cream
1 qt. milk (slightly warmed)
1 T. vanilla
6 junket tablets (dissolved in small amount of water)

Need an electric ice cream maker, several bags of crushed ice and a box of rock salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar. Put egg mixture in ice cream cylinder. Add junket tablets (which have been dissolved) stirring constantly while adding warmed milk. Add vanilla and whipping cream. Place cylinder in an ice cream maker.

To freeze pour a layer of ice then a layer of rock salt. Freeze with 3 parts ice to 1 part rock salt.
Hope you have an electric ice cream maker because it takes about an hour to harden. Keep adding ice and salt as the ice maker churns.
