Huckleberry Buckle Recipe

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
2. c. drained huckleberries
Topping
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredient together, fold in huckleberries. Place in a 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with light oil.
Mix the 4 items from the topping list and use a fork to make into a crumble.
Sprinkle on top of the huckleberry mixture.
Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes.
