1 can of canned Evaporated Milk
1/2 can of water
2 TBSP Corn Starch

If no drippings available:
Chicken Bullion Cubes or broth (enough for 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Using the drippings from a pan of fried Chicken, heat.
Mix the milk, water and corn starch together.
Slowly add to the hot drippings.
Stir constantly until thick.

If you don't have a pan of drippings, fix gravy the following way:
Mix milk, corn starch and broth in a sauce pan.
Stir constantly until thick.

Can easily double this recipe for larger groups.
