10 large or 12 medium cucumbers
1 large Cauliflower
2 lbs onions, peeled
½ cup salt

Wash cucumbers well but do not peel. Peel the onions. Wash the cauliflower and break into florets. Put all vegetables through medium grind of meat grinder. Sprinkle the salt over top. Stir up well. Let stand ½ hour and then drain.

Mix: 2/3 cups flour
2-1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
5 cups vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
5 cups white sugar
2 tsps. tumeric
2 tsp. celery seed

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and then add the five cups vinegar. Bring to boil and boil five minutes. Add vegetables and boil another 5 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars.
