1- 11 quart & 1- 6 quart basket of tomatoes, fully ripened
1 bunch celery
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
2 hot red peppers
17 cups granulated sugar
3 cups vinegar
12 onions
cloves & salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop tomatoes. Chop celery, onions and peppers and add to tomatoes. Add all other ingredients except the sugar and boil until thick, stirring often. Add sugar and boil well after addition. Seal in sterile jars.
