Crust
1 1/2 cups chocolate crumbs
1 cup crushed almonds
6 tbsp butter

Filling
12 oz cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup amaretto
2 cups sour cream
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate crumbs, almonds and butter. Mix well and pat in a 9 1/2 " spring form pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add whipping cream and liquor. Beat until mixture is light. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until filling separates from edges. Let stand 5 minutes.
In a bowl combine sour cream, sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over top of cake and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool and chill overnight preferably.
