3 roma tomatoes, cored & diced
1-2 jalapeņo peppers, stems removed, seeded & diced (more or less to taste)
1 large red bell pepper, cored & diced
1 large yellow bell pepper, cored & diced
1 large orange bell pepper, cored & diced
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. fresh cilantro, chopped (loosely packed)
2/3 c. chopped red onion (about half a small onion)
2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 large lime)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the tomatoes, peppers, beans, corn, cilantro and red onion in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Add the juice to the bowl of salsa and toss until combined. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
