1 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. salt
mini chocolate chips
raisins or nuts

Glaze:
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients first, including sugar, then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes.

Glaze:
Melt margarine in a saucepan, then add the rest of the ingredients. When it is smooth it is done. Remove from heat and dip or drizzle cookies with glaze.

** Kim uses the small scoop, from pampered chef, and it makes quite a few cookies. It's also better to put the cookies on your cooking rack and drizzle the glaze on. Otherwise you burn your fingers in the glaze, or it gets too hard to dip in when it cools down.
