Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
1 egg
1/4 pound butter
4 tbsp apricot jam

Topping:
1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
2 tbsp water
200 gram chopped hazelnuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the crust except for the jam. Roll unto a greased medium sized cookie sheet. Spread the jam on top.

For the topping melt butter,sugar,vanilla sugar ,and water In a medium size sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add nuts and let cool. .

Spread over the crust and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Let cool. Cut into triangles and dip both corners into chocolate.

Chocolate : 2 tbsp icing sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp hot water, 1/2 tsp butter
Melt butter in a sauce pan on medium heat.Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until smooth.

These cookies freeze well.
