I cup oatmeal (old-fashioned)
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup chocolate chips or craisins (optional)
1/3 cup liquid honey
1 tbsp cha seed (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes then roll into 1 inch balls. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated.
