1 cup brown sugar
1-1/4 cup hot water
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1-1/4 cups milk
2-3 tbsp cornstarch


Directions:
Directions:
Brown the brown sugar in heavy pan. Add, very carefully the 1-1/4 cups hot water. Stir until the sugar is melted. Remove from heat and add the milk. and beaten egg yolks. Mix 2 - 3 tbsp. cornstarch with some milk to thicken.
