6 slices white bread cut in small cubes
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 stick of butter melted
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate
In bowl mix eggs, milk and melted butter (cooled)
Sprinkle cheese on bread cubes
Pour beaten mixtue on top
Sprinkle with paprika
Refrigerate overnight
Remove from fridge one hour before baking
Bake in 375º oven for 45 minutes
Cut in wedges, serve hot
