3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups zucchini, grated
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping:
2 cups walnuts, chopped
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add in zucchini and mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Add to zucchini mixture.

Pour into a 10 x 15" pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
