1 cup sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
4 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Icing:
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon milk
Splash of vanilla extract
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together sugar, Miracle Whip, baking soda, flour, cocoa, water, and vanilla. If batter is too thick, add more water. Pour into a 9 x 13" baking pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

To make the icing, mix peanut butter, vanilla, and milk. Slowly add confectioner's sugar until icing is at desired consistency.
