Banana Nut Cake Recipe

3 c. flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 large eggs
1 1/3 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz, can pineapple undrained
2 c mashed banana's
1 1/2 c chopped walnuts
powered sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour tube pan
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat in eggs, oil and vanilla. Fold in pineapple, banana's and nuts.
Pour into pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove tube section and allow cake to completely cool on wire rack.
Before serving dust cake with powdered sugar if desired.
